How do I return my order?

We understand that purchasing online without first trying might be difficult. With this is mind, we gladly offer free returns with no time limit required on the first order you place, so you can feel at ease when trying new products online. 

 
Return eligibility (Home & Living products and Expired F&B products) 

• Free returns are only eligible on your first order. This means any subsequent orders will not be returnable.
• This is applicable to all Home & Living and expired Food & Beverage products  
• We refund 100% of the cost of returned goods upon receiving. We do not refund the shipping fee or import fee / taxes / duties, only product cost. 
• All returns must be unused and in perfect condition 
• Samples and products on sale cannot be returned. 

Please note that shipping costs to send the product back will be borne by the buyer.
